Upacof Dry & Expectorant

Dextromethorphan 15mg/5ml

Pharmacological Class:
Antitiusive

Indications:
Hacking dry coughs – soothes and eases irritations.

Dosage & Administration.
(3-4times Daily)
Adults: 10ml
Children: 6-12yrs > 2.5 – 5ml
>12yrs:- 5-15ml or as recommended by the physician.

Contra-indications:
Patients taking MAOIs / Children below 12 yrs / Long standing disease.

Precaution:
May cause drowsiness and impair ability to operate machinery. Do not give to asthmatic patients under an acute attack.

Side Effects:
Dizziness / Stomach upset / Nausea / Dry Mouth / Blurred vision.
