Sildenafil /citrate 50mg / 100mg

Pharmacological Class:
Phosphodiesterase Inhibitor.

Indications:
Treatment of ED

Dosage & Administration.
50mg – 100mg PRN taken 1hr before sexual activity. It may be taken anywhere between 0.5hr – 4hrs before sexual activity

Contraindications:

• Patients taking Nitric Oxide donors e.g
• Nitrates or Nitrites – can increase CV risks factors.
• Severe Hepatic or Renal Impairment.
• Recent Stroke or HA
• Hypotension.

Side Effects:
Headache, Flushing, Nasal Congestion,Cyanopsia

Warning:
Increased Cardiac Risk in patients with pre-existing CVD.
