Benzoic acid 6% BP + Salicylic Acid 3%

Pharmacological Class:
Keratolytic Antifungal

Indications:
Treatment of itches of ringworm tinea on the trunk, limbs, palms or soles.

Dosage & Administration.
Apply to the affected area twice daily.

Key Feature:
Salicylic Acid (keratolytic) causes shedding of keratin layer thereby facilitating penetration of benzoic acid which is fungistatic .

Side Effects:
Salicylate poisoning after excess application.
Hypersensitivity reactions.
Irritation in eyes / Skin &Mucus Membranes
